i start to work with the glidearm (v.3) with my 5dmk 4 and the 24-70mm lens, but the gear can´t keep the horizon straight, in think this devise can´t support that gear. :( Is posible fix this?

Maybe are you mounted fluid head on the glidearm? I'm sorry, it's wrong operation. mounting to glidearm to on The 3/8" tripod screw (removed head).
But if your uses video head, use to a half ball head.
